Programs & Curriculum

We have adopted age-appropriate programs that have been proven and tested to work well on children. We would not want to take away the joy of childhood from your children so we make sure that their daily activities will not overwhelm them, but instead allow them to learn and enjoy at a suitable pace.

Below are the different programs and activities we have per level:

Infants

Since infants cannot adapt to timed activities at their age, it is the parents who provide to us their preferred schedules when it comes to meals, naps, diaper change, and play time. We also document infants’ bodily functions and irregular activities daily to parents so they can still monitor their babies even when they are away.

Our Curriculum

CREATIVE BEGINNINGS LEARNING CENTER uses educational curriculum kits from Funshine Express.

For infants, from 0 to 36 months old, we employ Buttercups Toddler Curriculum Kits. This kit promotes engagement in children through interactive activities. Along with having fun and discovery, these activities allow infants and toddlers to develop gross and fine motor skills. This also exposes them to language, art, music, social, cognitive, and sensory experiences.

For our preschool, we employ Fireflies preschool curriculum. This encourages excitement for learning and promotes school readiness. The activities provided in this curriculum provide preschool teachers and staff with activities that will allow them to guide children with various cultural backgrounds, experiences, and developmental needs. The entire curriculum is aligned with regulatory standards-both by the state and the country.

Meals & Snacks

We strive to serve nutritious meals and snacks to the children. As part of our program, we participate in the Child and Adult Food Program and provide breakfast, lunch and snack each day. Our meals and snacks meet the USDA food requirements for children birth through twelve years. Click here for a sample menu.

We encourage you to set an appointment with us so we can better discuss with you the advantages of the curriculum and programs we have adopted. Schedule one today by calling 513-869-2252.
